Ingredients
- Half a can of cooked chickpeas
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cumin

Method
- Slice your sweet potato in half and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil, add chickpeas, spices, and chilli, and sautƩ for 5 minutes.
