Serotonin-boosting Banana & Walnut Porridge (Ve)

Bananas and walnuts helps support serotonin production by providing tryptophan and omega 3s.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
- ¼ cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
Method
- In a pot, heat almond milk and oats over medium heat until creamy.
- Stir in mashed banana, flaxseeds and cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and top with walnuts and maple syrup before serving.
