Your stylish refillable Pill Tin
When you subscribe, if it’s your first order from us (across subscriptions and buy it once products), you’ll receive your free refillable Pill Tin to refill each month when your supplement pouch arrives.
Your account
After your first order on Subscribe & Save, you'll receive an email inviting you to create an account. This enables you to change the frequency of your delivery from the default 30 days to any frequency you wish, between every 28 - 90 days.
Simply click on the link in your email, create a password using the email you ordered with, and you're in complete control.
Once you create your account, you can edit, swap, delay, reschedule, pause and cancel your subscriptions at any time. You can also edit your address details, view all your upcoming and past orders and reactivate any cancelled or paused subscriptions. It's your account, you're in control.
Recurring orders
Before each order, you'll receive an email at least 3 days before it is due to be packed and dispatched. If you wish to reschedule, pause or cancel, just go into your account and update your order. You need to update recurring orders least 24 hours before their dispatch date.
Once your recurring order has been dispatched and you receive an email confirming it has been shipped, it will be too late to change the order. If you forget to amend your order and need to return it, that's no problem, you can just return it to us at the address below with a completed returns form which you can download and print here:
