How do I find my Refer a Friend link?
To find your Refer a Friend link, simply log in to your account and click 'Refer a Friend' in your dashboard. You can share this with friends by copying and pasting. You will need to be an existing customer.
How does my friend redeem their code?
When your friend receives your link, they need to enter their details. They'll then receive a £10 discount code to use on their first order. For each new friend who joins DR.VEGAN®, you will receive £10 credit to your account to use towards your next order. Alternatively, you can let your credit build up over time.
How do you redeem your 'Refer a Friend' credits?
To redeem your Refer a Friend credits you can simply apply them to your next order. For subscription orders, you can do this in your portal. For one-time purchases, you'll be able to apply the credit at checkout. If you have trouble, just reach out to team@drvegan.com.
How many friends can I invite?
As many as you want to! The more friends you refer, the more credit you earn.
Where can I see my rewards?
Log in to your account here and click 'Refer a Friend' in your account dashboard. There, you will be able to view your unique referral code and see the credit you've built up by referring friends.
How does the credit work?
Each time you refer a friend and they make a purchase using your unique referral link, you will receive £10 credit to your account, which can be redeemed on your next order or built up over time. The more people you refer, the more credit you will earn!
Can I combine codes?
No, refer a friend codes for new customers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers.
Am I allowed to refer friends if they are already customers?
No, refer a friend only applies to new customers.
How will I know when the person I referred has made a purchase?
Once your friend has used your code, you will get notified via email. You can log in to your DR.VEGAN® account and click 'Refer a Friend' to see your credit.
