How to take?

These individual ingredients and their formulation is designed to help your mind and body relax and provide a better night's sleep.

When should I take my Vegan Nights®?

We recommend taking one or two capsules of Vegan Nights® between 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 hours before bedtime. The best time really varies by individual and depends on so many factors including types of sleep issues experienced, weight, the time of your last meal, diet, stress being experienced and other factors.

We recommend starting taking your Vegan Nights® capsule(s) 30 minutes before bedtime and then adapt if necessary to find what works best for you.

Why is Ashwagandha KSM-66® good for sleep?
