When should I take my Vegan Nights® sleep supplements?

We recommend taking one or two capsules of Vegan Nights® between 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 hours before bedtime. The best time really varies by individual and depends on so many factors including types of sleep issues experienced, weight, the time of your last meal, diet, stress being experienced and other factors.
