How to take

Take 2 capsules each day.

Take without food on an empty stomach and before a main meal.

HeartPro^® contains healthy active bacteria (probiotics) which are sensitive to heat. Take your capsules with a cold drink and at least 20 minutes before or after a hot food.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for people over 70 years of age. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or healthcare practitioner before use.

INGREDIENTS: Phytosterol Complex (Vitasterol S-80), Red Yeast Rice Extract, Ginger Root Extract (Zingiber Officinale), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Coenzyme Q10, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Black Garlic Extract (Allium Sativum L.), Chromium Picolinate, Folate (Calcium-L-Methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

†Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 0.8g of plant sterols/stanols. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.

Total dietary intake (from food and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day. Monacolin K should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication. Do not consume a daily amount of 3mg or more Monacolins from red yeast rice or take this product if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice.

When is the best time to take HeartPro^®?

HeartPro^® contains healthy active bacteria (probiotics) which are sensitive to heat, so it’s important to take your capsules with a cold drink, on an empty stomach and at least 20 minutes before or after a hot food or drink.

We recommend taking two capsules a day. You can take HeartPro^® first thing in the morning when you wake up, before lunch, or later in the day before your evening meal.

Are there any side effects from taking HeartPro^®?

We are not aware of any side effects but please note that, as mentioned on the product page, Monacolin K should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.

How do I store my probiotics?

Probiotics are very sensitive to heat and warm air, so keep your pouch away from any warm air or moisture, including radiators, steam from a kettle or showers in a bathroom. If at all uncertain, store in your fridge if it is frost-free.
