Mood-boosting Pumpkin Seed & Almond Energy Balls (Ve)

Snack your way to a better mood with these pumpkin seed and almond energy balls! Pumpkin seeds and almonds contain dopamine-boosting amino acids and magnesium, which helps to reduce stress.
Ingredients
- Handful of almonds
- Handful of pumpkin seeds
- Handful of dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until sticky.
- Roll into small balls and refrigerate for an hour.
