Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- Dark chocolate chips (as many as you like!)
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Prepare: Start by blending oats in a blender until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency. This will be your oat flour.
- Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flour, almond butter, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix and shape: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Once the mixture is ready, roll it into small balls using your hands.
- Chill: Place the rolled bites onto a tray or plate and put them into the fridge to firm up for about 30 minutes.
- Once they’ve hardened, your cookie dough oat balls are ready to enjoy!
