Formulated with naturally sourced and highly absorbable B Vitamins, Vitamin B12, Choline, Biotin and Folic Acid, it supports your energy, heart and brain function, helping improve energy levels, decrease feelings of irritability and lack of focus.

Due to the sufficient levels of Vitamin B, you would not need to take an additional Vitamin B12 supplement.
