How to take your Daily Multi-Vitamin

Take your two capsules separately or together. You can take them in the morning, daytime or evening - whenever is most convenient for you - however where possible we recommend taking your Daily Multi in the mornings or at lunch.
You can take your capsules with food or without - again, it's about what works best for you.
