Vegan Gravy (Ve)

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. vegan butter
- 2 tbsp. plain flour
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp. marmite
- Splash of red wine
- Black pepper to taste
Method:
- Start by melting your butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add your flour slowly and mix to form a roux.
- Then slowly add your vegetable stock, whisking as you go.
- When you’ve added all your stock and your mixture has thickened, add in your marmite and red wine and stir.
- Bring to a simmer and add your black pepper to taste and that’s your gravy done and ready to pour over your festive feast!
