Refunds as part of our 30 day Money Back Guarantee policy need to be claimed after taking the supplement for 30 days, and within 45 days of delivery of your order.
Refunds as part of our 60 day Money Back Guarantee policy need to be claimed after taking the supplement for 60 days, and within 75 days of delivery of your order. Exclusions apply.
If you purchase more than a quantity of one of an individual product which has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, or a quantity of more than two of an individual product which has a 60 day Money Back Guarantee, the Money Back Guarantee only applies to one item of the product under the 30 day Money Back Guarantee, and two items of the product under the 60 day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are claiming a Money Back Guarantee on two or more different products, whether ordered in the same order or separate orders within 60 days of each other, the Money Back Guarantee can only be claimed on up to two different items.
Referring yourself under the Refer a Friend scheme is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. If you are claiming the Money Back Guarantee having breached any Terms of Service, the Money Back Guarantee cannot be claimed.
