If you would like to return a pouch or pill tin, you can do so by returning a product within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can’t accept any opened pouches or used pill tins.
Returning an item for a refund
Please send your items back inside a box. We advise you use the box we sent the products to you in originally. If the items are returned crushed or damaged we won’t be able to give you a refund.
Please include a returns note inside the parcel so we know exactly what to do with it. You can download it here.

Once your item(s) is received and inspected, assuming the item(s) are in required condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RETURNS
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.
Once a subscription order has been triggered (and you receive an email confirming it has been shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund.
