SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RETURNS
If you wish to cancel a subscription order, you need to do so at least 24 hours before your subscription order is processed.
Our subscriptions are completely flexible, and you can cancel an active subscription at any time simply by logging in to your account here. If you have a subscription and haven't created an account, you need to create an account with a password first, using the email address you ordered with. You can easily create an account in a few minutes here.
Once a subscription order has been processed and you receive an email confirming your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
You can however return your order for a refund by following the steps below and returning your item(s) to us undamaged within 14 days of the dispatch date of your order.
DR.VEGAN RETURNS
If you make an order in error, or you decide you don't want your supplements after making your order, you can return your supplements for a refund. To qualify for a refund, your supplements need to be:
- Received by us undamaged and unmarked.
- Received by us within 14 days of your order being dispatched from DR.VEGAN.
- Received in a package including a Returns Form which you can download here.
We recommend you return your supplements in the DR.VEGAN delivery box you receive them in. In order to receive a refund you must provide proof of postage if requested.
If your supplements are damaged, or received by our warehouse more than 14 days after we have dispatched your items, we will be unable to issue a refund.
We offer a money-back guarantee if after using our supplements for the first time you find they don't work for you. If this is the case, please email us first at team@drvegan.com and we'll happily arrange this for you.

RETURNING AN ITEM
All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Form which you can download here, clearly indicating your order number and the reason for returning your item. Please send your supplements back inside a box, and we recommend you use the box we sent the products to you in originally.

Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuer's policies, there may be a few days’ delay in being credited. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
