Homemade Bircher Muesli (Ve)
Start your day right with a burst of goodness in our nutritionist Sue Potgieter's homemade Bircher Muesli. This vibrant, nutrient-packed bowl is the perfect way to fuel your morning.
Oats deliver long-lasting energy, while creamy coconut milk and yoghurt help support your immune system. Chia seeds are a great source of protein to keep you feeling strong and satisfied. Plus, you can add in our award-winning Vitamin D3 to provide you with essential support for healthy bones, teeth and immunity.

Ingredients
- 30g oats (if you are sensitive to gluten, you can opt for gluten-free oats)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 100 ml coconut milk (you can also use almond, rice or oat milks, depending on your preference)
- 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
- A handful of your favourite fruit to top with
- 1 tablespoon chopped mixed nuts (replace with sunflower or pumpkin seeds if you have a nut allergy)
Method
- Mix oats, chia seeds and coconut milk together and leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, mix in your yoghurt.
- Optional: Take one DR.VEGAN® Vitamin D3 capsule, twist open and pour the contents into your breakfast bowl. Make sure to mix them in well.
- Top it with your fruit and nuts.
- Dig in and enjoy!
