Chef Bettina's Savoury Breakfast Wrap (Ve)
Plant-based and sustainable Chef Bettina, from Bettina's Kitchen, shares her favourite breakfast wrap with smooth hummus and crisp veggies, infused with our essential, award-winning Vitamin B12.
Ingredients
Rawmesan:
- 100g raw cashews
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 x DR.VEGAN® Vitamin B12 capsules
Wrap:
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 2 tbsp. hummus
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 100g cucumber (sliced)
- Handful of your favourite greens, e.g., spinach
- 1 tbsp. quick-pickled onions
- Sprinkle of chives (chopped)
Method
- Add the Rawmesan ingredients into a small blender, including the DR.VEGAN® Vitamin B12 powder from inside the capsule (then discard the empty capsule). Blend for a short time to combine; it should be quite chunky.
- Place the wrap on a flat surface and spread some hummus over the base. Add some sliced tomato and cucumber, a handful of greens, pickled onions and a sprinkle of chives.
- Sprinkle some of the Rawmesan on top.
- Wrap it up like a burrito and enjoy, or pack as a quick breakfast on the go!
