Ideal for demanding and active lifestyles, helping you feel less stressed, our Ashwagandha KSM-66® is recognised by experts as the optimal form of this natural herb (an adaptogen) from India, where it is carefully extracted and has been taken for centuries as a natural source of energy and vitality when you need it most.

Rhodiola is a wonder-herb (an adaptogen) that helps you cope calmly with stress, and maintain emotional balance, providing you with energy, stamina and mental capacity to overcome the effects of stress such as lack of focus, tension, irritability, and poor productivity. It is often used to aid physical endurance in athletes because it also helps protect your body from physical stress.

Cordyceps is an adaptogen that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries and is acclaimed to increase your body's adaptability and resistance to fatigue and stress by stimulating the adrenal glands and modulating your nervous system.

Schisandra is a plant that is used as an adaptogen for increasing resistance to the effects of stress, helping you recover your physical and mental wellbeing.

L-Theanine is a calming amino acid (organic compounds in your body that form proteins) which has been shown to help you relax. L-Tyrosine is also an amino acid that is used in the production of neurotransmitters that help send messages through your brain and are thought to balance your mood and improve your cognitive performance in stressful situations.

Kelp helps your body fight against free radicals and oxidative stress.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.
Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Can I take Stay Calm® and Ashwagandha KSM-66® together?

We advise trying one or the other because, for the majority of people, either Stay Calm® or Ashwagandha KSM-66® provides the necessary support for natural calm, focus, energy, and stamina.

Can my teenager take Stay Calm®?

Our supplements are formulated for adults aged 18 and over. They may be taken safely by older teenagers, depending on if they're of an average size, weight and development for their age, and if they're not on any prescribed medication or under medical supervision. As such, please consult your GP or a healthcare practitioner.

How long can you take Stay Calm® for?

Stay Calm® can be taken over the long term and is formulated for just that purpose - Stay Calm® is your daily partner to manage pressure of daily life, and brings natural calm, balance, energy and focus.

While it is often sensible with supplements to take a break if you feel able to, it is not necessary with Stay Calm® if you wish to continue taking them. Ashwagandha KSM-66® is fine to take over the long term at the dosage in Stay Calm® - where Ashwagandha can be at higher dosages, for example at 500mg, it is generally advisable to take a break after 4-6 months, however even at that dosage it is not essential.

As such you can continue taking Stay Calm® over the long term, either at the recommended dosage of two capsules a day or you can try taking one capsule a day if that provides sufficient support.

Can I take Stay Calm® with MenoFriend®?

Yes, MenoFriend® and Stay Calm® can be taken together and are a very popular combination. Stay Calm® combined with MenoFriend® is a very popular alternative to Ashwagandha KSM-66® combined with MenoFriend®.

While MenoFriend® is effective at naturally regulating hormones to improve your mood and helping your body overcome tension, often the changes and pressures of menopause can reach a level that it is common to need additional support for your mood and to overcome tension and irritability during menopause.

When is the best time to take Stay Calm®?

We recommend taking two capsules each day, and you can take your capsules together or separately, in the morning, daytime or in the evening. There isn't a right or wrong time to take Stay Calm® - many people take it in the mornings each day for daily support, while others take it in the afternoons if they typically feel stressed later in the day. Find the right time for you and ideally take your Stay Calm® before the onset of tension or stress.

Can you take PMS Hero® and Stay Calm® together?

Yes, PMS Hero® and Stay Calm® are a very popular combination.

Our supplements, with a few exceptions, are designed so they can be taken alongside each other when necessary. Stay Calm® and PMS Hero® are commonly used together because they're so effective individually and as a combination. You can vary the times that you take your capsules according to what is most convenient for you. You can also take them together or separately through the day.
