How to take Stay Calm™

Take two capsules each day, together or separately.
You can take both capsules in the morning, daytime or in the evening, or separately at different times. It's about finding out what works best for you to relieve stress and anxiety and provide natural calm, energy and focus.
It's important to take your Stay Calm before the onset of anxiety, stress or tension. Stay Calm can be taken over the longer term, either two capsules daily or one capsule if that provides sufficient support, or as and when you feel you need them.
