How it works?

The Ashwagandha plant is a small shrub with yellow flowers and one of the most important herbs of Ayurvedic medicine (the medicine system in India). This traditional herb is native to India and some parts of Africa. Its botanical name is 'Withania somnifera' and you will sometimes hear it referred to as 'Indian ginseng'.
