Why our Muscle & Joint Support Bundle is so good
Our Muscle & Joint Support Bundle does just what it says on the tin - it is the perfect combination to provide comprehensive daily support for your muscles and joints, helping relieve muscle and joint aches, stiffness and supporting recovery.
How to take them?
Take one or two capsules of your Magnesium, together or separately in the evening or during the day.
Magnesium is most commonly taken in the evenings because it can also support better sleep.
Our Magnesium is highly absorbable and effective, with 200mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, free of any additives, so many customers find they only need one capsule a day to support their needs.
Curcumin & Turmeric
Take one capsule a day, with food.
You can also break open your capsule and add the Curcumin & Turmeric to your food, or try making a Turmeric Latte - it tastes delicious and retains the full benefits!

How they work?
There are over 10 different types of magnesium, some of which are very poorly absorbed by your body, and you can have different levels of Magnesium in a capsule or tablet. Some supplements provide so little Magnesium, in very poorly absorbed forms, that your body won't derive any benefit.
Each of our capsules contains 200mg of elemental Magnesium in its most absorbable citrate form, with zero nasty additives or animal ingredients, making it the most absorbable and effective Magnesium supplement. As a result, many customers find they only need one capsule a day instead of two, which is absolutely fine if that's the case for you.
Magnesium is vital for normal muscle function and helps your muscles to relax. Low Magnesium levels can result in your muscles contracting too much, causing twitches or cramps, and fatigue. It is therefore ideal for conditions such as restless legs and leg cramps, and supporting recovery of your muscles, including those around your joints.
Curcumin & Turmeric
Turmeric is the powdered root of the Curcuma longa plant, which has many beneficial plant compounds. These include polyphenol plant pigments called 'curcuminoids', and one of these is Curcumin which is responsible for the orange yellow colour.
Curcumin has been clinically studied around the world for its health benefits, including being a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, relieving joint aches, pains and providing support for conditions including osteoarthritis.
We also combine our Curcumin (200mg) & Turmeric (3300mg) with Ginger & Black Pepper which improves absorption by up to 2000%, ensuring your body enjoys the full benefits.
