In a survey of over 700 customers of MenoFriend®, over 80% of respondents said it relieved symptoms within 3-4 weeks.

The time it takes to enjoy relief from symptoms varies by individual for a number of reasons, including the nature of existing symptoms, your stage of menopause, age, weight, diet, exercise, lifestyle and other factors. Red Clover
Containing the all important Isoflavones (phytoestrogens, that are similar in structure to the female hormone, estrogen), Red Clover's isoflavones help relieve hot flushes while also supporting your cardiovascular function, normalising blood pressure, and helping protect against mood swings and fatigue.

Dandelion Root
Bloating is one of the top 10 symptoms of menopause, experienced by over 60% of women. Dandelion is acclaimed for helping maintain the natural mechanism for your body's purification and eliminating toxins. Other benefits of Dandelion include its prebiotic effects that contribute to gastrointestinal wellbeing, and helps to maintain a normal appetite by stimulating the production of the body's digestive fluid.

Brain fog is the most common symptom of menopause, with 80% of women experiencing it. Sage supports your mental focus, helping to maintain working memory and brain performance.
