About Dr Katie

Qualified as a GP in 2008, Dr Katie's experience as a GP has given her insight into the hugely varied range of factors that influence the health and wellbeing of patients, and the way that conventional medicine does not always fully address these factors. 

Dr Katie is a certified lifestyle medicine doctor, with a special interest in hormone health, in particular treatment of menopause and pre-menstrual syndrome. She has an extensive medical background and wide knowledge base through her work in a variety of specialities. 

Through her practice Hampshire Health & Hormones, Dr Katie is dedicated to addressing hormone imbalances, combining medical expertise and holistic lifestyle medicine; and is passionate about educating and empowering people to make positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing.
