How it works?

Your three supplements in our Ultimate Sleep Bundle work in harmony.

Vegan Nights®

Vegan Nights® is an acclaimed formula that helps put your mind and body at rest so you enjoy better, deeper and restorative sleep. Here are the stars of Vegan Nights®:

L-Glycine: An amino acid found in protein-rich foods including meat, fish, dairy and legumes, numerous studies show L-Glycine has a calming effect on your brain, reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and enhancing sleep quality. It also has a regenerative effect, reducing feelings of tiredness during the day.

L-Theanine: Also an amino acid and found most commonly in green and black tea, studies show L-Theanine helps your body relax and has been taken for years to help reduce feelings of stress.

Griffonia Seed Extract: Griffonia Seed Extract includes an amino acid that your body naturally produces. It produces serotonin which is then converted into melatonin. Melatonin is your sleep hormone and also regulates your sleep cycle. Low levels of serotonin are associated with sleep disorders so Vegan Nights® helps address this with Griffonia Seed Extract, in its most bioavailable form to provide deeper, complete sleep.

Zinc & Magnesium: Zinc is naturally found in plant and animal foods and is a real mineral 'Superhero' alongside Magnesium. Zinc works with the Vegan Nights®amino-acids by helping metabolise melatonin, and plays a critical role in your neurotransmitter function. Magnesium is an essential mineral for your psychological wellbeing and the normal function of your nervous system, helping relax your mind and muscles.

Chamomile: For years Chamomile has been used as a natural remedy to treat insomnia. Our plant-extract Chamomile contains apigenin, a compound that is acclaimed for inducing sleepiness when it binds to the GABA receptors in your brain.

If you experience anxiety or higher levels of cortisol (your stress hormone) in the evenings, this will inhibit melatonin, your sleep hormone, and can inhibit the onset of sleep and lead to disrupted sleep or waking early. If the case, we recommend taking our Ashwagandha KSM-66® alongside Vegan Nights®. Ashwagandha helps lower cortisol, enabling your body to produce melatonin normally for a better night's sleep alongside Vegan Nights®.

Ashwagandha KSM-66®

Ashwagandha helps lower cortisol, a little-known but very common inhibitor of melatonin, your sleep hormone. As a result, cortisol is one of the most common causes of poor sleep, so Ashwagandha is an effective supplement on its own and alongside Vegan Nights® to help overcome sleep issues so you can get to sleep more easily and enjoy deeper sleep.

From improving resistance to stress, helping with insomnia, and enhancing memory and cognitive function to supporting your strength, stamina and endurance, there are many benefits of Ashwagandha KSM-66®.

There are over 10 different types of magnesium, some of which are very poorly absorbed by your body, and you can have different levels of Magnesium in a capsule or tablet. Some supplements provide so little Magnesium, in very poorly absorbed forms, that your body won't derive any benefit.

Each of our capsules contains 200mg of elemental Magnesium in its most absorbable citrate form, with zero nasty additives or animal ingredients, making it the most absorbable and effective Magnesium supplement. As a result, many customers find they only need one capsule a day instead of two, which is absolutely fine if that's the case for you.

Magnesium is vital for normal muscle function and helps your muscles to relax. Low Magnesium levels can result in your muscles contracting too much, causing twitches or cramps, and fatigue. It is therefore ideal for conditions such as restless legs and leg cramps, and supporting recovery of your muscles, including those around your joints.
