How to take it?

  • Take two capsules each day.
  • MenoFriend® is most commonly taken in the evening for best results. Take your two capsules each day, together or separately. You can also take your two capsules together in the morning or daytime, or separately twice a day - it's a case of adapting to what works best for you.
