How to take it?

  • Take two capsules each day.
  • MenoFriend® is most commonly taken in the evening for best results. Take your two capsules each day, together or separately. You can also take your two capsules together in the morning or daytime, or separately twice a day - it's a case of adapting to what works best for you.

Ashwagandha KSM-66®

  • Take one capsule of Ashwagandha KSM-66® per day.
  • You can take your capsule with or without food. It is most commonly taken in the evenings due to its benefits for supporting better sleep, however you can take it at a time of day that suits you.
