How to take it?
Daily Multi-Vitamin
- Take two capsules daily, separately or together. This ensures your body maintains the optimal level of nutrients your body needs each day no matter what your diet is, and you'll avoid building up any deficiencies.
- You can take them in the morning, daytime or evening - whenever is most convenient for you - however where possible we recommend taking your Daily Multi in the mornings or at lunch.

- Take one capsule per day.
- You can take your Vitamin D3 at any time of day which is most convenient for you.
