The Ultimate Vegan Yorkshire Pudding (Ve)

Ingredients:
- 130g plain flour
- 240ml plant milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Veggie oil for greasing
Method:
- Start by grabbing a muffin tray and adding a dash of veggie oil to each pudding hole to heat up in the oven and sizzle for around 8 minutes. This is essential for the success of your Yorkshire puddings!
- While your oil is heating up, measure and add together in a mixing bowl, your flour, plant milk and seasoning.
- Once combined, take out your oiled baking tray and add the mixture to each section hole.
- Place back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and you’ve got your perfect plant-based Yorkshire puddings. Enjoy!
