SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS
If you wish to cancel a subscription order, you need to do so at least 24 hours before your subscription order is processed.
Our subscriptions are completely flexible, and you can cancel an active subscription at any time simply by logging in to your account here. If you have a subscription and haven't created an account, you need to create an account with a password first, using the email address you ordered with. You can easily create an account in a few minutes here.
Once a subscription order has been processed and you receive an email confirming your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
You can however return your order within 14 days of the date of your order for a refund by following the steps below and returning your item(s) to us undamaged.

It's our mission to make sure that you're delighted with your purchase and have the best experience possible your supplements and our service. If our plant-based supplements aren't right for you, we'll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you make an order in error, or you decide you don't want your supplements after making your order, you can return your supplements for a refund. To qualify for a refund, your supplements need to be:

Received by us undamaged and unmarked.

Received by us within 14 days of your order being dispatched from DR.VEGAN.
If your supplements are damaged, or received by our warehouse more than 14 days after we have dispatched your items, we will be unable to issue a refund.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee if after using our supplements for the first time you find they don't work for you. If this is the case, please email us first at team@drvegan.com and we'll happily arrange this for you.
