What is the cause of andropause?

The main cause of andropause is an age-related decline in testosterone production. Testosterone levels typically peak in men during their late teens or early twenties and gradually decline by about 1% per year after the age of 30. Other factors, such as lifestyle habits, stress and underlying health conditions, can also contribute to the onset and severity of andropause symptoms.
