Sticky Marmite Brussels Sprouts (Ve)

Ingredients:
- 400g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tsp. marmite
- 1 tbsp. oil of choice
Method:
- Start by prepping your Brussels sprouts; wash and remove any loose leaves. While you work through your sprouts, add them to a pan of boiling water to soften for around 5 minutes.
- At this point, you can start heating up a frying pan with some oil.
- Once your Brussels sprouts have softened, you can drain them and add them to the sizzling pan. Let them cook through for around 5 minutes. Then add in your marmite! Yes, marmite. A great sticky, flavoursome vegan choice to ramp up this holiday tradition.
- Let cook through and pan-fry for around 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add to your festive dish!
