Relaxing Cherry & Lavender Mocktail (Ve)

Choosing the right foods to eat before bed, like tart cherry juice, can have an impact on your sleep quality. Studies have shown that consuming tart cherry juice can help reduce insomnia and improve sleep quality. For a peaceful night's sleep, wind down for the day with this relaxing cherry and lavender mocktail — ideal after a busy day!

Ingredients 

  • 1 lavender tea bag

  • 1 cup of water 

  • 1 cup of cherry juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh cherries to garnish 

  • 2 Glasses

Method 

  1. Boil hot water and brew 1 cup of lavender tea. Let the tea bag steep for about 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and let it cool. 
  2. Add ice cubes to each glass.
  3. Pour ½ cup of cherry juice in each glass, then add ½ cup of the brewed lavender tea into each glass. 
  4. Mix together and garnish with fresh cherries.
