These no-bake treats are made with almond butter, oat flour, and a touch of maple syrup. Simple to make and bursting with flavour, they’re also packed with nutrients that support your immune system and provide a steady source of energy.

The oats are rich in antioxidants and fibre, while dark chocolate adds a boost of immune-supporting flavonoids.

Naturally sweetened and vegan-friendly!

Makes: 12 balls

Ingredients 

  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • cup maple syrup
  • Dark chocolate chips (as many as you like!)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Prepare: Start by blending oats in a blender until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency. This will be your oat flour.
  2. Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flour, almond butter, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix and shape: Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Once the mixture is ready, roll it into small balls using your hands.
  4. Chill: Place the rolled bites onto a tray or plate and put them into the fridge to firm up for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once they’ve hardened, your cookie dough oat balls are ready to enjoy!
