Chef Bettina's Chia Pot (Ve)

The talented plant-based and sustainable Chef Bettina, from Bettina's Kitchen, shares her easy and nutritious chia pot recipe. This quick and easy recipe includes a blend of oats, chia seeds, a mix of her favourite seeds and creamy plant milk. Ideal for a morning treat or breakfast on the go.


  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp. oats
  • 2 x DR.VEGAN® Vitamin B12 capsules
  • 200–250 ml of plant milk of your choice
To Serve:
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • To customise this recipe, you can top it with any of your favourite toppings, like strawberries or maple syrup.


  1. Start by grabbing a small jar (approximately 300 ml) and adding in all the dry ingredients, including DR.VEGAN's award-winning Vitamin B12 powder from inside the capsules (then discard the empty capsules).
  2. Pour in the plant milk to fill the jar almost to the top.
  3. Close the lid, then shake to combine. Let it stand for a minimum of 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge, ready for a quick brekkie on the go!
  4. When ready to eat it, top it with some sliced banana and peanut butter, or your favourite toppings.
