What is Ginkgo Biloba? 

Ginkgo Biloba is an ancient tree that’s native to China. It’s referred to as a ‘living fossil’ due to it first appearing in the Middle Jurassic Period over 170 million years ago, when the continents of the Earth were joined together in a single landmass known as Pangea. It has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 1000 years and today, nutritionists are interested in it for its effects on cognitive health.
