Losing weight is easier than you may think, whatever diet you follow, and it doesn’t have to be hard. Weight loss is easy as long as you know the right way to do it.
Our programme is suitable for all diet types, and will guide and support you through losing weight the healthy way, without struggling, starving, counting calories, or spending a lot of money, and instead delivering real results.
Whilst the majority of applicants will be suitable for the 4-week online group weight loss programme, there may be a few exceptions where the programme isn't suitable for those with conditions like diabetes, kidney problems, kidney disease etc, as well as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with an active eating disorder or history of eating disorders.
BANT Registered Nutritionist Dora Walsh has over 14 years' experience in private practice providing personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine advice for weight loss, metabolic syndrome, hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, skin problems, and gut health issues.
She’s used her successful weight loss and lifestyle medicine method to guide countless people to lose weight easily and quickly without struggling or starving.
Hosted via zoom. You can join in from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the world.
The programme is run over 4 sessions, 1 per week, for 4 weeks. Plus a 5-week bonus instalment via email so you build your results further.
Each programme runs for 60-90 minutes, starting 19:30hrs UK time.
Programme dates are: 11th, 18th and 25th November 2021, and 2nd December 2021. There is also a bonus workbook provided in the 5th week on December 9th 2021 so you keep on building your results further.

The programme includes 4 online sessions led by Dora Walsh, followed by a weekly workbook with clear guidance and direction on exactly what you need to do. You will also receive a workbook in week 5 so you can continue your progress.
You will have support from Dora every step of the way and have the opportunity to ask questions directly online or in group sessions.
